Youth Off-Season Practice

Olympic Season Wrestling Athletes Practice Details.

Wrestling room Located in the Aux Gym near the track.
The wrestling room is open at 4:30 pm for those who want to get extra work in before practice. The wrestling room will close by 8 pm.
Athletes are encouraged to bring their own water for practice.
Wrestling shoes, singlet, mouthguard, and headgear are recommended for practice but not required.
